Wish they would answer me!

I bought enough coins to get the extra lives and thats a lot of money to buy those coins and I had the extra lives for one day and now they have disappeared and I have tried to email them twice I get no response I just wish this game would make good on what we use our coins for I also lost the coins that I bought so I could get extra moves and they also disappeared i do like the game but be cautious about buying anything. I buy stuff for the other games and never had a problem. So please make good on these items. Its like you are stealing from us.
