Love the game but I cant get pass the Quest level even though all mud is cleared the game has a problem that needs to be fixed

I bought enough coins to get the extra lives and thats a lot of money to buy those coins and I had the extra lives for one day and now they have disappeared and I have tried to email them twice I get no response I just wish this game would make good on what we use our coins for I also lost the coins that I bought so I could get extra moves and they also disappeared i do like the game but be cautious about buying anything. I buy stuff for the other games and never had a problem. So please make good on these items. Its like you are stealing from us.

I really like playing this game because it is the perfect blend of a challenge and it is fun to play even when I am struggling to reach the next level. Lately though the app has been shutting down prematurely and I am losing lives. I initially thought it was my device ,but I later found out it is the app. The app needs to fixed so that it doesnt shut down before you even start to play. I would have given this review a perfect score but the app needs improvement.
